Call for Resolutions

With our AGM comes the call for resolutions, proposed amendments to the Bylaws, nominations for Board positions, and a call for volunteers.

Resolutions & Bylaw Amendments:

Each year members can put forward recommendations for Bylaw amendments or resolutions. These are officially circulated before the AGM and then voted on during the AGM.  Please use the following format for submitting resolutions and proposed Bylaw amendments:

• Title of resolution/Bylaw amendment
• Motion: succinct sentence reflecting what you want to propose/change
• Who is submitting the resolution/Bylaw amendment?
• Rational: background for resolution/Bylaw and any references needed so members understand why they should vote for/against the proposal

NPAM Awards & Student Scholarships

Do you know an exceptional Nurse Practitioner who deserves recognition for their outstanding contributions to healthcare? Nominate them for an NPAM Award! Nominee must be a member of NPAM and on the CRNM NP Register. The nomination does not necessarily guarantee selection. Awards winners will be announced at our virtual AGM taking place on Monday, December 2nd, 2024.

Student Scholarships

Are you an NPAM Student Member? Apply now for an NPAM Student Scholarship! Deadline for applications is November 17th, 2024. NPAM will award 3 student scholarships valued at $250 each.
