❗ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests received before 11:59 p.m. CT on Friday, October 10, 2025 are eligible for a full refund.

• Requests received between October 11 and 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2025 will be subject to a $150 non-refundable fee to cover food and administrative costs.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 31, 2025.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to conference@nursepractitioner.ca
