Presented in cooperation with the Community Oncology Program at CancerCare Manitoba, and the University of Manitoba, Blood Disorders Day 2021 is a full-day symposium of value to all health professionals. Sampling the blood and interpreting the results of blood tests are core components of daily patient care. Blood Disorders Day has been specifically developed to provide the practical and relevant information on hematology and blood disorders
The target audience of the education program is Primary Care Providers, including family physicians, nurse practitioners, and trainees. Interdisciplinary team members such as nurses, pharmacists and educators are also a part of the target audience.
The program includes lectures, panel presentations and interactive discussions designed to provide learners with practical and relevant information on blood disorders.
