The Nurse Practitioner Association of Manitoba is pleased to be the project lead for a Public Health Agency of Canada vaccine hesitancy project that provides free access to virtual simulation experiences (choose your own adventure learning) that support vaccine promoters and providers.
This large project is a collaborative effort with the Manitoba Professionals Association Coalition (a group of 12 interdisciplinary health related associations) with the intent of improving understanding of vaccine hesitancy, prevalent immunization myths, and approaches to opening discussion toward vaccine engagement. The education within these VSEs is applicable across diverse groups, but also targets rural/remote and indigenous populations within Manitoba.
You can choose the simulation that best reflects your experiences with understanding vaccine hesitancy, immunization myths, approaches to initiating a discussion on vaccination, or complete all four! (approximately 20 minutes each to complete).
