The Nurse Practitioner Association of Manitoba (NPAM) is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our search for a new Chief Executive Officer. After a review of qualified candidates, the NPAM hiring committee is delighted to share that Ashley Carruthers has been appointed to lead our association.

The committee was particularly impressed by Ashley’s strategic vision for nurse practitioners (NPs) and NPAM, her strong leadership skills, and her positive and resilient attitude. Her prior experience as our Director of Finance from 2019 to 2021 provides her with invaluable knowledge and a deep understanding of our association’s operations.
